The National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) has established a network of ten regional Disability And Business Technical Assistance Centers (DBTAC) on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide information, training, and technical assistance to employers, people with disabilities, educational entities, and others with rights and responsibilities under the ADA. These DBTAC: ADA Centers each serve as a central, comprehensive resource on ADA issues in employment, public services, public accommodations, communications, and accessible information technology.Each DBTAC: ADA Center works closely with local business, disability, government, rehabilitation, and education networks to provide ADA information and assistance, placing special emphasis on meeting the needs of small businesses and educational programs. The following services are provided by each DBTAC: ADA Center: Technical Assistance, Education and Training, Materials Dissemination, Information and Referral, Public Awareness, and Local Capacity Building.

The Southeast DBTAC, a project of the Burton Blatt Institute - Syracuse University (BBI), maintains this tutorial.
